Sketch Generation with Drawing Process Guided by Vector Flow and Grayscale

We propose a novel image-to-pencil translation method that could not only generate high-quality pencil sketches but also offer the drawing process. Existing sketch algorithms are based on texture rendering rather than direct imitation of strokes, making them unable to show process final result. To address this challenge, we first establish stroke mechanism. Next, develop framework with three branches guide drawing: branch guides direction second determines shade and third enhances details further. Under framework's guidance, can produce by one every time. Our is fully interpretable.
